Technical Paper Presentation

Rules and Regulations: Team of 4 members (each team should submit a hard copy)

Time allotted for presentation is 8 minutes. and 2 minutes. for Q&A

Paper must follow the norms of IEEE(fonts ,spacing ,headings etc.)

Paper must contain (within 8 pages)

Title, Abstract (max. 200 words), Introduction, Point wise description of subject, Conclusion, Reference

Soft copy should be mailed to archana.ra@saividya.ac.in or sangeetha.v@savidya.ac.in by 3:30 PM 17th October 2019.

1. Tech Paper Presentation

The mail should be in the following format:

i) Title: theme of the paper

ii) Names of authors(main author followed by sub authors)

iii)Phone number and email id of the authors

iv)Attached with the ppt and soft copy of the paper in ‘.docx’ format

Judgment of the judges is final.

Registration Fee: Rs.200/- per team
Venue: Room No.136(CS & IS Block)
Time: 9:30 AM -10:30 AM
